Hotel Aluxor SFO, Shuttle Service

Proximity to both airport and train service into downtown San Francisco. Free shuttle to airport and Caltran train was short 10 minute walk.

Is on a main road and windows were not fitted well. Blew open during the night and traffic noise was very noticeable.

Very attractive inside. Unremarkable outside. Inside is what matters

Just the outside. Employees were neutral, not friendly, not unfriendly.

Loved it. Quick stop over between flights. Open, airy, clean but above all else, quiet! Near the airport but absolutely quiet. Nice amenities in the room. Only downside was extremely limited selection of beverages and snacks. Was late and I hadn't eaten.

Hotel pratique pour une nuit de transit car pas très loin de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées mais l'hotel en soi n'est pas très "chaleureux". A déconseiller pour un séjour touristique plus long. Navette vers l'aéroport.

La chambre est bruyante (bruit de la route et des avions). Navette partagée avec plusieurs hôtels et vite pleine.

The neighbourhood is excellent. Great food options very close to place. Shuttle was easy enough leaving hotel.

Had fraud attempt on my card when I made this booking (used PayPal in the end). It was only with this booking specifically so can isolate it to them not booking.com. No communication when I asked about late check out. Once at hotel I still couldn’t arrange. Then went back to counter & showed them that there were several rooms available the next day. Ended up booking whole extra night & couldn’t use cheaper online price & had book direct cos reception guy couldn’t guarantee I could have the same room still. Ridiculous. I don’t mind paying for what I use but resent being ripped off!
