The location is great - 5 mins walk to the centre of Franschhoek, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area (Jamie-Lee was amazing and provided great recommendations for vineyards, restaurants and hikes), the rooms are really well appointed and clean and the breakfast buffet is superb with great quality produce.

Great breakfast selection and the location is very central to shops, restaurants and bars. Beautifully appointed room with a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the lounge ambiance and fireplace. Pool area a real oasis in the heart of busy Franschoek.

Lovely property, huge room/bathroom, great professional staff extremely knowledgeable of the town, activities, wineries, history, etc., and so willing to help to make our stay comfortable. Great breakfast as well. Location is at the heart of the lovely town where we can walk around even in the dark, which is not quite common in the country. Can't say enough about this property and the staff!!!!

The only thing that I would say is that the bathroom can be a bit brighter to allow putting my makeup on a bit easier.

It was par excellent and the service staff led by Karloff were so swift, polite and couteous.
