St Asaph City Apartment

Was clean and tidy. But steps were steep. Would not do to stay here if you have l;arge heavy luggage to cart upstairs.

Very clean and comfortable property and very close to the heart of the city

No off street parking is the only down fall but out the back there is a paid parking area

Excellent location. The apartment was very clean and we liked that it is split in different levels with stairs. The beds were also very comfy!

Great location with easy access to Christchurch city center. The apartment itself was very spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

There are many steps to navigate, and the unit itself does not include parking. However, there are several nearby options for paid parking that are convenient.

It is clean and spacious. I like washing machine with dryer and dishwasher. It has 2 bathrooms and my family love that! It is within walking distance to the riverside market and walkable to pac n save supermarket.

The unit is accesible through a flight of stairs to 2nd floor. Then there is another flight of stairs to the rooms and bathrooms. There is no free parking.

Perfectly located clean and modern, lovely hosts, highly recommend. Cant go wrong.

Only negative was a few stairs but fit dads lifting 30kg suitcase will handel it!

The best location in town close to everything. Best host highly recommend. The property is been very well looked after and very clean and tidy apartment.

No onsite parking and only metred parking nearby.
