This is a very nice house in a strategic location for Istria - 15 mins from Rovinj - it's in a quiet village but also just a couple of minutes drive from some big roads that enable you to visit the whole of Istria. The place is excellent value for money, was extremely clean and well equipped - 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a nice living room, plenty of outdoor dining options as well and a beautifully maintained patio/garden/bbq area, with some beautiful plants and flowers. I highly recommend it

If you are someone who needs total darkness to sleep well, the house is not ideal because there are no shutters or blackout blinds, just some pretty thin blinds. However, the windows do all have mosquito nets, which are super handy in summer.
