New Luxurious Central Apartment with Park View

квартира большая, нас было 6, места всем хватило с головой. Магазин прям под домом что очень удобно

к сожалению когда мы только зашли в квартире летало куча мошек в зоне зала и кухни. Так же мы находили в тумбочках грязные салфетки с соплями, сломанные вещи такие как люстры, вешалки. На 4 дня заселения для 6 человек, было два рулона бумаги😂. Ну мы купили большую упаковку и оставили её там. Все ножи оказались тупыми.

The location was good ,the park next to the apartment was very nice ,Lidl and other shops next to the apartment .very easy to access .

The apartment was not clean ,the cleaning was done superficial ,every thing in the apartment is old and the wall in kitchen is not painted . The bed and the pillow are not comfortable .the bathroom had very bad smell as there is no ventelation.It does not worth the money.

Am rezervat acest apartament pentru 3 persoane si 2 copii cu varste fragede. Dupa ce am finalizat cererea de rezervare respectiv plata, am incercat sa contactez gazda. Dupa mai bine de 1 ora de incercari, am primit un mesaj pe whatsapp in care imi spunea sa nu mai mai încerc sa-l mai sun deoarece nu poate vorbi si daca am ceva nelamuriri sa-l intreb pe whatsapp. Era evident ca ceva era suspect dar pana atunci nu am întâlnit această problemă. Persoana de contact era o asa zisa firmă "Zumzi". Dupa ce banii mi-au "zburat" de pe card imi atrage atenția ca trebuie sa am grija la parcare si ca nu are un anume loc in care trebuie sa parchez. Bineînțeles ca toate locurile erau rezidențiale si a trebuit sa ma plimb câțiva km pe jos si sa găsesc o soluție unde puteam parca, am gasit la aproximativ 1 km fata de locație, pe strada, dar normal ca a fost tot cu plata! Apartamentul are ca titlul "Luxurious", dar de cand ajungi in fata blocului ti-ai dat seama ca ai făcut o mare greșeală. Odată ajunși in casa ne-a izbit un miros si un frig, mai frig decât afara. Am verificat caloriferele si erau toate scuț, specificând ca o sa vin din alt județ cu copii mici dar probabil era fix ce cautau ei, lipsa de interes. Am încercat sa găsesc o soluție ca sa rezolv problema dar totul a fost in zadar. Într-una din camere lenjeria era murdara de "rahat" dar cred ca din lipsa hârtiei igienice din toaletă. Nu am gasit niciun atuu in acest apartament, totul a fost vechi si murdar dar imaginile din prezentare sunt foarte bine editate. Dupa mai bine de 2 ore de încercări am renunțat din momentul cand am vazut ca apartamentul era plin de gongi si plosnite. Am preferat sa plec si sa fac rezervare in alta parte deoarece sănătatea copiilor mei ma costa mult mai mult decât cred ei, astept soluționarea problemei din partea celor de la ANPC.

Unfortunately, this apartment did not meet expectations. It was advertised as a “New Luxury Apartment”, but the reality was quite different. The apartment is in an old building, and while there have been some cosmetic updates, the overall condition doesn’t reflect anything close to luxury. The floors creak throughout, and the renovation feels superficial at best. More concerning was the lack of basic amenities: there was no heating ( 10 degrees Celsius in the apartment) and no hot water during my stay, which made it quite uncomfortable — especially given the season. On top of that, the apartment was not properly cleaned, which added to the overall sense of neglect. The location may be convenient, but the property falls short in both comfort and honesty in how it’s presented. It could be a decent rental with proper maintenance and transparent marketing, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it.
