I only not satisfy about the washroom and the hot shower. I cannot use the hot shower at all. Me and family bathing use cold water near the toilet bidet area. It's shower point seems like broken and having a problem. Overall, the unit is fair, not too clean, but not too dirty though. Please always check the unit and repair which items broken and clean it properly. But price okay on market. Worth to stay. Tqsm owner.

Hassle free, easy to collect the keys, in the middle of KB city. Nice view

It just during CNY, so a bit noisy with the firecrackers. But up till midnight only, after that, It was nice and quite. Intermittent with ambulance siren only ( near hospital)
