Authentic One bedroom apartment in city center

Easy to access property, terrific location, well organized hosts, quiet, comfortable space

Excellent location and while central to many things (right off JAFFA Street), it was located in smaller side street w/o as much traffic so mostly pretty quiet. The kitchenette with dishes/pans/appliances were all very helpful to make simple meals, included some salt/sugar, besides tea/coffee. Host Jacob was responsive to my questions leading to the trip and during the first day of my 4N stay. Instructions were clear (or he was able to clarified in timely manner), which I appreciated (other than below point re: roof deck)

One thing I was disappointed in was the website shows multiple photos of a rooftop deck with nice furnishings for guests to enjoy sunshine and relaxing...this was one of the features that made me pick this property vs. other units in the neighborhood and I was looking forward to using this deck, especially with the gorgeous May weather this past week. Unfortunately, the roof deck was nothing like the photos, all the lounge chairs and dining set have been removed and looks more like a utility/storage area. While I can understand part of deck is used for solar panels, the other tiled part could still be used for lounge/relaxing with furniture like those in photos. So I thought it was misleading that the photos are still on website when the amenities have been removed, and website shows not just one photo but multiple photos...I think these should be removed from their page to accurately reflect current status. I did message the host to inquire about this and wondering if there was a different deck (like the one shown on photos), and he did not reply. So the whole, I did like this property, but I was disappointed by this part of the experience and non-reply by the host when this was brought to his attention.

the location of the property was very good and the size of bedroom very good

poor maintenance of the property and particularly the bathroom was in poor condition. it needs a complete renovation.

Great location, spacious. On checkout we left our luggage in their office nearby.

The bathroom really needs a renovation and could be cleaner.
