Room is small but private with its own door and basic silverware and plates ect. There is also a kettle. The owner is really lovely and it’s hard to complain really for the price

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest there was hair in/ on my shower drain that wasn’t mine and there are no hooks in the room so no where to hang your wet towel or clothes for that matter

The best thing about this place is the name. It is in a Backyard and You clearly get the Impression its just for Money. No reception, really late answers, i hear a Lot through the Walls. I think its oberprized. No pool and a very very Dirty fridge. You can do better for this Price. Of course construction sounds were your company Starting at 07:00am

Comftable bed, clean room, easy Check in, the name.

It was clean and the room was nice

Would have been nice to have a light switch beside the bed. The white lights outside during the night were to white and too bright. I kept thinking it was daytime in the middle of the night, even with my curtains closed.

The room was ok.

The location is very hidden, first 3 times even though I copied the exact address from Booking.com site, grab drivers could not find it and it gave them another location. I did not really felt safe walking on that street by myself as a woman. The room had a window next to the door and everyone could see inside if walked by, so I closed the curtain therefore it was always dark in the room. The bathroom smelled like damp and it was very small, when I took a shower the whole toilet and floor got wet of course and there was nothing there to clean it, so whenever I went to the toilet after a shower everything was still wet. There were no one there upon check in, I called them on both numbers, did not pick up only later. Then I found the cleaning lady who let me in the room.

Really nice room, nice furniture and nice style with the macramé Tulum style and a green view around (on the upper floor)! Interior seemed to be all new. There was also a kettle, cuttlery, two plates and two cups inside the rooms, which I really appreciate. You have a table and two chairs in front of your room too. Down next to the reception is a fridge as well. Check in was relatively smooth, after one of the staff responded to me on whatsapp (communicate on time with them, so they know when you come and tell you your room number) and I found my room as indicated. Peaceful and quiet with good privacy. Only downside was no hot water as of now, or only if you run the water really long time, which might be able to be fixed, as there is a geyser in the bathroom. Nice restaurants and cafés nearby (Tasty Turkish or Bulls Cafe, Warungs and other restos) like 5 minutes and you can walk to three supermarkets as well. Rest of Ulu is by bike, but even if you use Grab, it's easy to get one here.

The bathroom could be a bit cleaner, the walls of mine had stains and some hair on it. Toilet, sink and bathroom trash bin was all clean and new though. The water was only cold when I was there, the staff mentioned on whatsapp it needs to run 7 min to get it hot, I didn't try. Maybe the geyser can be adjusted. There is only a bedsheet to cover yourself, not a duvet, plus a fluffy blanket that might not be washed for each client (not sure about that). I get funny dreams when I have blankets from others, and so it was the case there. Also, there seemed to be miscommunication between the owner and the staff, as on my last day a lady came knocking at my room door at 11:30pm asking me who I was and how I booked the room, as the owner seemingly did not know who I was, while I was communicating all the time with one staff member via whatsapp for the bathroom and check-in. Weird. The street to get there is unique, very, very local.
