"Great for a short stay in Hoi An, but a bit far from the cities."

The place is very cozy, beach is 5 minutes walk but it's a local beach without many restaurants and not super clean. 5 minutes grab can take you to a tourist beach near Hoi An, ~15 minutes grab to Hoi An old town. The breakfast included was great, they prepared different stuff for adults and different for kids so that everyone really enjoyed the food. I really recommend the local seafood restaurant on the other side of the main road which serves amazing grilled fish, octopus, seafood, at very good price!
The light on the corridor is very bright and even though the windows are "blurred" there are no curtains in the room so if you like your room to be very dark it may be a problem. A solution would be to install a different set of light that could be used after 10:00PM.

The location is amazing because you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes! Besides that the pool at the hotel is also really nice. The rooms were clean and really spacious.

The site was away from the city, yet was only five kms from Hoi An. It was just a few hundred meters from the beach. A very good value. The building was very nice and clean. Service was excellent! It has a nice pool as well for cooling down and hanging out. The breakfast was delicious and made to order.

Was here for business trip and slept here for one night. The lady from the hotel really helped me with printing and scanning a document and we could store our luggage after checking out. 200 m from hotel is the beach with lots of seafood restaurants. Very good!

A fantastic host who was a pleasure to talk to and cooked us wonderful local breakfas. A 5 minute walk from the beach with 4 restaurants 3 seafood and one catering to local and western tastes. Free sunbeds and quiet empty relaxing miles of sandy beach. A short hop to the more tourist beaches by hotels free bycles and close to Hoi An by grab taxi. Nice for a complete chill out for a couple of days. Oh nice clean swimming pool
OK hotel layout is quirky to say the least with open balcony to all rooms. Kettle is provided for tea coffee etc but you need to bring your own. Shower room tended to flood the floor as did not drain very well. No tv in room
