"Superb"

The place is really nice and well equipped. For two people, the bedroom is super comfortable, cozy and clean. The host is super caring and prepares the breakfast with local pastries at the time you arrange with him. There is a beautiful guarde to relax, plus parking.

The location is not ideal, you definitely need a car to move around. And given that there is a garden, would be really nice to use it to have breakfast there (when the weather makes it possible) instead of the kitchen, it's more private. The kitchen is a bit too small and you end up eating in company with other guests and inevitably listening to their conversations.

First of all, I put Carlo at number one. He took very good care of us from the first day. Carlo is very welcoming. He gave us fresh fruit from his own garden. He prepared a very fresh breakfast every morning. We felt like a family. The room were we stayed was very clean, the furniture was very new. The bathroom is also very clean and new. Carlo is someone who cares about hygiene. This makes you feel comfortable. We really liked that we could park our car in his private parking place. It is in a very good location. Close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. My friend Carlo, If we come to Sardegna again, we will definitely come to your house again. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. "Amazing place worth every penny!"

A perfect place from start to finish. We felt very welcome the whole stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, well equipped. A great advantage is a large kitchen and parking right in front of the room. Breakfast made by Carlo was amazing! We received great tips for restaurants and trips from our host as well, which were in proximity of the booking and made our stay very pleasant. I definitely recommend this booking to everyone, it's easily accessible, in the perfect location, clean, the king-sized bed was amazing, shower as well. We would come again for sure.

Our stay was too short.
