I love the hospitality, the staff, the cleanliness and most of all the food I wish I would have stayed longer.

Nothing that i did not like as far as i am concerned

The service In this hotel was better than expected they catered for my plant based diet, was more than helpful with anything that I needed and every ones energy was good & welcoming, good music playing in evenings, fitness room with AC, they have back up generator, the Place is nice & clean, my bed in room number 3 was super comfy! so I will definitely be coming back to Africa Waka Waka! I recommend it to everyone coming to sierra leone. The Owner is an easy going good hearted man, appreciate your service!

Didn't like that my stay came to an end.

I don't have any negative comments about this hotel. My family and I were travelling with an early morning flight and decided to book a hotel a day before. Since we arrived at the terminal and were picked up by the hotel transferred service till we were dropped off the next day it was all a pleasant experience. The food was freshly cooked. The manager and his staff always check on us. I wonder if someone made a comment that there is nothing around. Sitting in the garden was the best view I have ever seen. The water pressure in the shower was good.

The staff receptions was good. they were always available to assist us.

We highly recommend this hotel if you are arriving late or leaving early from Freetown airport, due to the inconvenience and long time it takes to get the ferry into town (we landed at 2:30am and didn’t get to our hotel in Freetown until 5:30am. Our return flight left at 5:25am, so in order to get some sleep before our flight, we did the ferry crossing the day before and spent half a night at this hotel). It’s great that they include pick up and drop off in the room price. The worst thing was it took at least 30 minutes to check into the room. Everything is manual and very slow. We were required to pay before getting the room, but had to wait for the manager to send a payment link to my email, which he copied down wrong, and the WiFi was poor, so it took ages to complete the process. We don’t understand why they can’t just let us settle into the room and process the payment later. They had our passports anyway!
