Apartmani Heta Alagic I

Excellent location few steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. Wonderful terrace with seaview, the apartment itself was unusually spacious, bright, clean and extraordinary well equipped - hair dryer, bottle opener, ironing machine... The communication with the host lady was smooth and pleasant.

I liked everything.

Modern and clean apartment with amazing views. Waterfront location. Easy parking and the unit had air con which is a must in Croatia during summer.

Alagic I and III apartments - really the first row from the sea. The sea view from the terrace of the Alagic III apartment is beautiful. We actually changed the apartment because we did not like the bigger and more spatious Alagic I apartment. Namely, the balcony of the Alagic I apartment is oriented NW towards the park and is also located behind the hotel. Therefore, the sea view from the terrace is very limited – this is not seen well from the online pictures.

We dislike the attitude of the host. He communicated with us in a very arrogant, disrespectful and rude way. He was absolutely not willing to help us in any ways. And a the end he accused us that we damaged the table on the balcony what was not true. Also, the host claimed that because we changed the apartment we blocked two of his apartments and therefore, other guests were denied possibility to stay there. This wasn't true either, because at least 3 apartments Heta Alagic were completely empty during our stay! Host was accusing us that we were late at check out. Yes, we left the apartment at 10:23 am, but this was because we were cleaning the apartment... We called the host to settle this disagreement but nobody wanted to answer our calls. Then we called the host from another mobile phone, and he continued with accusations and was not willing to listen to us. His behaviour was really unprofessional, we have never experienced something like this before and yes, we travel a lot.

Everything was perfect, location, beach, accomodation.

Great value for great price; good location, calm environment, quick access to the sea, easy communication with the flexible hosts, friendly welcoming host, huge space, well-equipped kitchen, super clean apartment

For us the bed was little uncomfortable but this is absolutely subjective.
