Serenity in the Suburbs

Close to a lot of shops and food, easy drive to downtown. pool was nice.

House was ok, the pictures were accurate, definitely not updated, but it was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Pool was nice. Nothing really wrong with the house, but definitely wouldn’t stay again. As another reviewer stated you don’t have control over the thermostat. We had to message the company for them to change it. That was super strange and irritating as well. Luckily it didn’t take long for them to get back to us to make the change, within a few hours they changes it to what we wanted. But heaven forbid in the middle of the night you get cold or hot and you can’t change it. On a sidenote, was super irritated that the staff took three weeks to mail my husband‘s wedding ring back that he accidentally left. Although the staff was nice, that was super frustrating. It’s not like we left a toothbrush, it was a wedding ring! And yes, we had to pay for the shipping back.🙄

The house was very nice in a very quiet place, spacious and organized

The only problem I had was with the pool, it was dirty, I managed to contact the team, but they never solved anything, it's a shame because I really wanted to use it
