Appartamento molto ben tenuto a due passi dalla spiaggia e dai vari ristoranti. Consiglio sia per brevi che lunghi soggiorni. Proprietario sempre molto disponibile

The property was exceptionally clean the host ensured I had everything I could need for my stay. Communication was excellent.

Locatie was perfect, we zaten binnen een paar minuten op het strand.

Location is great, right over the beach and in the main avenue where everything happens.

Location Ambience

The location was excellent with the beach plus multiple bars, restaurants, beach shops, and supermarkets, just a few short steps away. The communication with the owner was outstanding. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a reasonably sized and very private balcony with amazing views. It had strong WiFi. The free private parking felt secure. All 3 lifts were in good working order, and the communal areas were clean and tidy. I'd have no hesitation returning in the future.

Utopia would be the addition of a washing machine, but that's being 'picky'. That aside, nothing at all - we loved it!

Great view, I enjoyed the balcony very much. The apartment itself was clean and very pleasant to live in. The host was available all the time, replying quickly and clearly. Check-in instructions given by the host were precise, the key was easy to find. The busiest street of the town is nearby but not too close so you can get your night´s sleep without disturbancies. Good access to 2 beaches, grocery shops and restaurants. All in all it was great, I will be happy to live there again my next time in Portimao.

I found it to be a little bit overpriced, there are bigger apartments with sea view in the same building for smaller price.

The balcony was lovely, the apartment was well maintained and a joy to be in, great addition with the portable AC unit to keep it fresh during the heatwave.

The door for the apartment could maybe be changed to one that better insulates the outside noise. The door has no problem in the sense that it works perfectly as a door should, but the apartment is right by the access to the main block of the apartment complex and, as such, you end up having lots of noise coming in from people talking by your door and/or the apartment complex door slamming which can be alarming during sleep.

Excellent location; close to the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need when on a beach holiday. The apartment overlooks the beach, air conditioned and has a balcony. Very cozy and comfortable. The host was very responsive and tailored to our every request within reason; friendly, professional and hospitable. Highly recommend and possibly a rare gem for Portimāo.

Internet connection was a bit slow which effected streaming Netflix on smart TV at the property. We could have used a vacuum cleaner for all the send we brought from the beach. There is a broom but might not be best for the job.

The location was perfect, near beautiful beaches and grocery stores.

My only advice would be to leave an additional two towels. We stayed for 4 days and it rained a fair amount so towels did not dry easily.
