"Great place right across from the beach!"

The views were amazing! The kitchen was equipped well for cooking. The beds were comfortable. It was decorated very nicely.

It was hard to get the sliding door to the patio open from the outside. The water boiler wasn’t working.

We couldn't have asked for more! The location is perfect with an absolutely beautiful view! Everything was clean, and all the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciate that the owners were available for any questions. They and the Dawns staff were very friendly! Our stay was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

The only thing is that the loft area kind of needed some blinds or curtains.

Everything was great. The only thing I didn't care for, was climbing 2 sets of stairs. But the view was worth it. We were right across from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Just climbing 2 flights of stairs.
