The property was in a fantastic location in Mytilene.

There was nothing we didn’t like. However more detailed directions in order to find the property would be useful. There are some very narrow streets to be navigated. However once we realised where we were it was very easy to find a great parking space 5 mins from the house.

The bathroom has no curtains or cabinet.

Situated in the heart of the Mytilini town, walking distance to every central place. Clean and compact house. It can be considered for very short stays to spend the time in the town night life.

Price/Perfomance was weak compared with 3 other houses we stayed in Lesvos. Amenities were quite limited, there was even no paper towels in kitchen, sitting area was small with uncomfortable sofa. Near to church with a bell ringing every 30 minutes. A/C was problematic, we could not open it in 1st day, when we opened, it was not that much effective. There is no open space, we enjoyed open yards in other places which was impossible in this house.

Do not forget that at home in the military camp you have to live within prohibitions and meaningless rules. It is forbidden to change even the setting of the air conditioner on your own. You have to make do with whatever the landlord has arranged. Touching is prohibited. For hot water, you have to turn the system on and off and wait at least half an hour to meet your hot water needs again. It is also forbidden to leave hot water ready. Smoking is not allowed. This is completely understandable and not a problem at all. However, on the first day, my wife was smoking outside while cooking. When she came in to check on the food, we immediately received a warning message from the owner saying she had a cigarette in his hand. He said he got the warning from the so-called smoke detector. However, in a house with such high ceilings, no smoke detector will or can give a warning if a few puffs of cigarette have been smoked inside. I am someone who does this job professionally. That's why I know. There is a camera in the smoking area. In our correspondence with the landlord, he finally admitted that he saw this on camera. Therefore, pay attention to the cameras. Someone might be watching you. I have stayed in dozens of different hotels etc. in various countries of the world. I've never seen or heard of anything like this in my life. Also, before I forget, you can never reach the landlord by phone. You can only send messages through booking, he do not answer the phone. His defense on this matter was also prohibited of booking system. However, the phone number registered in the booking system allows this, but you can never reach them this way. So if you have a problem, you just have to send a message and wait for a response. Never expect to meet face to face or on the phone because that is also prohibited and impossible. If you ask me if I will stay in this house if I come to Lesbos Island again, I will never stay.

The location is in the middle of the old town with it's history, charm and fascinating atmosphere. Close to the port, castle, museum and shops.

Parking is nearly impossible in the labirynth of narrow alleys. Bathroom is downstairs.
