The swimming pool, The bed

While we were in the pool area, cleaners opened our room door to clean and I don't know. I was surprised because I believe the cleaning staff should not enter or open a room unless the guests are checking out or they have received permission. Inside the room, we have valuable personal belongings such as wallets, mobile phones, and other important items. We are not accusing anyone of anything, but entering the room without informing the guests first is not appropriate. Guests should always be notified before anyone enters their room for privacy and security reasons.
