ZAThe place was so wuite ,safe ckean and beautiful with pants if different flowers. So refreshimg and peaceful.the staff was so welcoming. We enjoyed their pizza in their restaurant 👌👌My wish is that they make swimming pool and more accommodation .my grandkids were so excited playing with toys..we have enjoyed 🌹🌹💕💕

Upon arrival, no reception to collection keys or book in. The smell inside. The overall accommodation was not in good condition. The bathroom basin leaked. I was bitten by ticks and bed bugs. The tiles were broken. The novilon in the kitchen was in a terrible condition. The walls were dirty. The view outside the of the bedroom window were of used mops hanging from a fence. No washing machine as advertised. Poor workmanship and poor finish. The unit is separated into two units with a small book shelf and my doggy went to the other unit with ease without me knowing what or who is on the other side. The towels were wet and smelly. The TV was not working, although I had wi-fi.

The place was not clean, toys at the main entrance door, bed was not made up, not like it is on the photos, we arrived and no one expected us kept on saying they expected us the night before, we had to phone again and again to gain entry onto the property. They could not find the keys to our room, we did not sleep there we turned around and left because neither me nor my wife was comfortable, i honestly feel we deserve our money back, this is not the quality you expect from bookings.com

Nothing at all
ZAIt is such a hidden gem, we loved being there, lovely views, friendly staff and quiet and tranquil. Beautiful surroundings and amazing gardens, we even got some retail therapy in their nursery. Highly recommend this guesthouse
