Prime Location Gem in the Heart of Reykjavík

The location,location,location!

Couch only comfortable place to sit!Bed in large bedroom not very comfortable.

Location was brilliant. Couldn't be better. Nice bathroom and kitchen and the beds were so comfortable

The smell of the water when you shower and run the taps. It was very smelly when we got in. And sometimes it was too hot in the apartment

Location was central and handy for all amenities. Beds were very comfortable.

The location was noisy in the evening and overnight leading to disturbed sleep. The corner bedroom had too many beds making it difficult to negotiate and there were no drawers for clothes merely hanging space. The fuse box short circuited when the oven and hob were used at the same time, making cooking difficult. There were no manuals in the property to explain how anything worked (ie location of fuse box) and so we were reliant on the management company responding to emails. In all fairness, they did respond promptly. There was not enough crockery for 10 people the property is supposed to house, nor enough seats.

Delightful property in great location, clean & very comfortable beds, well equipped for 5. Homely feel and views of the northern lights from the small balcony - priceless!

Paid street parking

The listing says free parking on site with no reservations but it was actually paid street parking - sent a screenshot to the property manager via email to correct it with no reply.

Comfortable, spacious. Well equipped. Good location & code to enter building so felt safe.

There’s a bad smell from either drains or hot water when it’s turned on.

This is a very spacious apartment located on the main shopping street in town. There was some street noise but not too bad especially if you close the windows. It had everything we needed including a washer and dryer which was nice.

Location. Linen clean. 3 Bedrooms.

Could have been cleaner. Extra chair for living room would be nice. Balcony furniture not clean-could not use. Difficult to reach anyone timely for issues with parking and questions.
