Cosy home near hospital

This is a wonderful place to stay….. a home from home. It is clean and comfortable. Well equipped and near to the town. The bus stop was just up the road which, was convenient to take us to Bowness for the start of the Hadrian’s wall path! The communication and care shown by the owner was amazing. She went over and above to make sure we had everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

The location was perfect. We were visiting at the hospital and it was a stones throw away but also walking distance to the shops, Carlisle Castle and Britts Park. The property is in a residential area so it was nice and quiet and plenty of space for a family with a nice little patio area as well as board games and toys to keep the kids entertained. The property has everything you need and Anna was incredibly accommodating. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Great value for money.

Pleasant stay, nice house just on the edge of town, quiet area, easy enough to find. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, front room with tv and seating area. Outside area but that's probably more a summer thing. Very clean throughout

The key system was a bit complicated as had to download an app and use my smartphone to access the house. I did get the app to work but my friends didn't get it to work, so we only had one key.

I was in contact with the owner Anna via WhatsApp and she always very helpful with all questions I had. The location was perfect as I had to work for 5 days at the nearby hospital (5 minutes walk). The home was nice and really cosy, everything spotless clean, the kitchen well equipped, so I had a releaxed stay. I do recommend the "Cosy Home" for anybody, who plans a longer stay in Carlisle.

There was nothing to complain about.

Walking distance of town. Modern clean small house. Owner easily contactable.
