Rooms not what we booked

The ladies were friendly and the room and bathroom was clean. We had access to the pool which was a bonus.

The shower tiles are very slippery. The black marble look looks nice but it makes the shower very unsafe. There were also quite a few ants on the desk both mornings when we woke up.One night we had snacks all closed and in a shopping bag. There were ants and one night my leftover pizza was in a box and I had to throw it out.

I was never there. Apparently they over booked

Why overbook when you know the capacity of the premises

Staff was rude

The area, yard (parking) is very nice.

Inside the room, TV was not playing, TV box which didn't work was brought later on. The bed was making lot of noise. Toilet seat was lose. Dust bin was full of rubbish (meaning it was never cleaned after previous guest).

I wasn't impressed at all.

What was displayed on the booking app is not what is actually at the facilities, Bedding such as sheet and pillow cases were straight from the washing line, the rooms were not adequately prepared floors where cleaned thought.
