Lovely, very spacious appartment in great location.

Everything was excellent

Large elegant spotless comfortable airy apartment with Aircon in every room, in a quiet building. Fantastic location in Old Town Zadar, close to supermarket, bars and restaurants. 4 min walk from airport bus stop, passenger ferries and taxi rank. 3 min walk to Cathedral. Excellent easy self check in, great communication and accommodating host. Thank you , will be back.

The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. AC works fine. There is a lot of storage space and many towels. The building which the apartment is in is clean and there is a nice view of the tower from the staircase. The location is perfect, very close to shops and 2 minute walk to Roman Forum, 5 minutes to Sea Organ, 25 minutes to Kolovare Beach. Despite being in the city centre, it is very quiet at night and in the morning even with windows open. The TV has streaming services which is an added bonus. The apartment is very secure because there are two doors to entrance.

There were many ants in the bathroom and in the kitchen. During our stay there was a water outage in the city for one night. Although this wasn’t a problem with the property and the host wanted to bring us bottles of water, it was a scheduled maintenance so the host could have let us know so that we can prepare beforehand. Some more ambient lighting in the property would have been great.

Apartment has old windows with no soundproof hence nights sometimes became tough to fall asleep because of the noise outside. During our stay there was an issue with the water - it was alternating between very hot and very cold despite the fact knob was set up in same position for minutes. Last but not least, host on our last day offered technician to came so hopefully it will be resolved for other guests.

Perfect location in an apartment that has everything you need and more! The facilities were great with a huge assortment of cooking gear if you want to do your own thing. The air conditioning in all rooms was great, and being able to open all large windows that act as a balcony was a huge plus. The host had great communication and even allowed us to check in early which was very kind.

Superb location in the old Town of Zadar.

Directions to find and enter apartment were very good. It was clean, comfortable, wonderful window/ doors with town views, nicely stocked kitchen, great location. A walking historical tour, less than 2 hours, like we took, is recommended, especially with Hejdi as a guide. We would stay here again.

Can't think of anything worth mentioning.

I didn’t expect it to be this good for the money we paid!! This apartment is exceptional. Very beautifully decorated and very clean. The 4 Juliet balconies are lovely and made the apartment nice and light. Perfect location in the old town, 2 minute walk to the Cathedral, a few mins to the Sea Organ and surrounded by shops and restaurants but still peaceful. The apartment is incredibly well equipped - even the knives were sharp which is a rarity in rented accommodation. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. There were even washing machine tablets. Communication with Nina is great, she responded quickly to messages and allowed us to store our bags early and then had the apartment cleaned and ready a few hours earlier than the check in time - so kind. Cannot find anything about this place to improve. Loved it.
