Very clean, dog friendly and nice staff

Found it odd that there was an additional $5 fee for self parking in a surface lot in a rural area. Yes it is a small fee but just seemed like a nickel and dime the customer situation.

the room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows I found were too soft. The bathroom door was very annoying because you can't keep it open....it would automatically shut. Loved having a kitchen.

I think having a rolling tub full of towels at the front desk is awful. Just doesn't look good. I understand the front desk person can fold towels when not busy but looks cheap!!!!
