Nice views, and the hot tub on the balcony was an excellent touch :)

Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, extremely peaceful.

Wifi was very spotty, Bar was quite expensive which is a shame- feel it was very quiet becauase of this.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The pool area is stunning and the views from the room’s balcony are nice. The rooms were clean, modern and cozy. The overall vibe in the hotel was really nice and calm throughout our stay.

The breakfast was very basic, but it did the job for me.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom, two balcony's and the hot tub was an added bonus. The communal areas and pool were clean, and enough seating/sun loungers for all guests. Reasonably priced food and drinks, and good breakfast selection with fresh coffee served every day. Location was a 20-25 minute walk into Faliraki town and 15-20 min walk to the beautiful Anthony Quinn bay. Would recommend a taxi back up the hill in the evening though (around 10-13 euros from Faliraki town).

Was a bit far out from centre about 25min walk down hill , which didn’t mind but didn’t walk back cabs all the time .

Wir hatten ein sehr großes, modernes Zimmer mit Whirlpool und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Nach unseren Ausflügen und Strandbesuchen war der Whirlpool am Abend eine perfekte Entspannung. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, uns war bewusst, dass man entweder viel zu Fuß bergauf/bergab gehen oder mit dem Auto zu den Stränden fahren muss – für uns war das völlig in Ordnung. Der Poolbereich ist schön, wir haben ihn an drei Tagen genutzt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr gut, Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, die Mitarbeiter sind besonders freundlich und aufmerksam – (Irene, Adonis & Jorgos) großes Lob! Die Pfauen rund um den Pool gehören für uns zur natürlichen Umgebung, auch wenn es sicher sinnvoll ist, den Bereich zwischendurch kurz zu reinigen. Sehr positiv ist auch, dass man am Abreisetag die Einrichtungen weiter nutzen darf, inkl. Dusche und Umkleide – perfekt vor dem Rückflug.

Es wäre hilfreich, wenn im Vorfeld klarer kommuniziert würde, dass der Pool mit dem Nachbarhotel geteilt wird, da dieses deutlich einfacher und günstiger ist. Dieses ist deutlich einfacher und günstiger, was die Exklusivität des The Palms Concept etwas schmälert. Das haben wir auch von anderen Gästen gehört.

Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli,come l attenzione verso il cliente,colazione buonissima,note di merito al ragazzo del bar gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso e pronto a scambiare due parole, piscina bellissima a sfioro,relax,silenzio,palestra all aperto,bello il giardino con i pavoni che girano liberi,camere nuove e pulite,in macchina comodissimo da raggiungere a piedi un po’ lontano dal centro ma non lontano si trovano le fermate dei bus per la città (in realtà siamo andati a piedi la prima sera perché la strada era tutta in discesa e illuminata e al rientro con il bus che passa ogni 30 minuti)

se va detto qualcosa..peccato non andava l idromassaggio in piscina per il resto non si può dire niente

Really beautiful infinity pool and poolside area. The breakfast was really good every morning. The gym was great. The location was lovely and peaceful. You will need to hire a car, but there was ample parking. The staff were all lovely and friendly.

The pillows were super hard and uncomfortable - this is the only thing I can fault from our stay.
