Staff was helpful, if any issues arose they'd respond quickly. Offered us an alternative place in case we didn't want to wait for a repair (which was done quickly, so no need)

The villa is nice, bit unfortunately it wasn’t well cleaned. The towels were dirty and bedsheets stained. All the glasses, silverware, plates etc. were really dirty as if they had only been rinsed with water. If it had been better taken care of it would be very nice.
