Management is worst. Coordination between management and booking.com is worst. Booking.com said they have refunded and management did not give the amount. Worst service. I would not recommend anyone

***NO HOT WATER FOR BATHING.*** Bad attitude Staff, very very unclean Rooms, Lift not Working. No Toiletries Provided, CP Breakfast is waste. Never Take Morning Coffee at this place, Water will be more Thicker than their Milk. NO HOT WATER FOR BATHING.

The staff was helpful and kind. I left some stuff while checking out. The staff called to inform me about the stuff I forgot.

The bed was dirty with visible stains. The room was also not cleaned properly. The towel provided was smelling as if it was kept wet for a very long time. The hot water was not working. It was just mildly warm initially which was also gone after a minute or so.
