The hotel is located very close to the main square, making it convenient for exploring Valladolid on foot. The room was generally clean and the staff were polite.

The hotel is not particularly cheap for the area, yet the room was quite small and the air conditioning was not cool enough, especially during the hot season. Soundproofing was also poor, and there was significant noise from outside at night due to the central location. What disappointed me most was the late check-out policy. We asked one day in advance whether a late check-out might be possible, but the staff’s response was very vague and did not explain any charges or restrictions. The next day, when we realized we could not return on time, we were told that we had to pay for an additional half day and could only stay until 3:00 PM. I found this policy unreasonable, especially given the lack of clear communication beforehand.

Bel hôtel dans un bâtiment ancien avec du charme, en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Excellente table.

We only spent 1 night in Valladolid so the hotel was in a great location for access to tourists spots, right opposite the park and near to pick up points for coach tours etc. Access to the property can be from both sides of the complex which is useful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but some of the hotel decor is tired and could do with updating.

The hotel is very big and it took us a while to locate our room - signage and wayfinding could be clearer.

La ubicacion, justo en el centro de Valladolid. El parking y la piscina, aunque finalmente no la usamos se veía muy limpia
