"Very good"

8.0

The property it's self was lovely. Very clean and tidy. Everything you need in there. Very close to the little shop and a great park close by for the kids.

That the back yard is shared, which i vant see it saying in the description. The neighbours were friendly enough, but also had a dog that was out there most of the day, and I have allergies with dogs and I just didn't feel comfortable going out there while other people where using it. Shame for me as the view was beautiful.

"Passable"

5.0

A reasonably priced stay, close to a very nice pub which had great food. Instructions easy to follow in terms of check in and leaving the key etc.

Booked the stay for a nearby expo for our company directors. A little bit of a fusty smell in the house despite being redone and smelt a little like a dog lived in the utility room. Presumably a shared yard, which had someone else's washing on the line when we arrived. Some private outside space would have been nice, but it we did not spend much time in the accommodation so was passable for a short period of time and the price we paid.
