Jenny was a super warm and nice host. She was happy to help and always available. She gave us a lot of very good recommendation nearby for restaurants and activity. And the house and our room were just perfect, big, confortable, with a nice view and very luminous.

A bit far from the main avenue and you need to tell the taxi the exact address otherwise he gets lost but everything went fine

The accommodation was very nice. Room and bathroom were very clean. The interior and garden were very nice. It was quiet during night.

While the location is closer to the town, it's to far from the beach. To be fair, we knew that before booking, but we thought the town is more interresting for travellers/tourists. Communication with staff was a bit difficult.

The AC didn't work and the inside of the room was hotter then the outside, so we didn't sleep well. When we confronted the owner about it she kinda blamed us and then she tried to show us how it works over text, but we already checked out.

AC took a bit to really get going however there was also a fan to bridge the time. Didn't have or at least couldn't find any toilet paper in the bathroom

The owner can speak good English. She is humble and positive with her attitude. The garden and surrounding are well decorated, unique and memorable for a homestay experience.. Helpful on scooter renta and arrangements. Simple and straightforward design for the room and therefore it is spacious for me. Helpful assistance via Zalo app by chatting with the owner.

Limited food menu. Dusty fan. Poor English spoken staff. Difficult to adjust the water temperature for the shower. Bed bugs. Humid in room. Stray dogs on street.

Good communication with the owner through WhatsApp. She helped us booking a tour upfront as we arrived late in the evening.
