Falls Edge Farm Cottage

We had a wonderful time at Elaine and Pat's cottage! We especially appreciated the house on a drizzly day. It was nice to relax inside such a clean, spacious place and make good use of the well-equipped kitchen.

Liked · This is a 2 bedroom unit attached to the house of a charming and helpful couple who run a working farm,. You actually live with geese and chickens running around, feed the alpacas and surrounded by natural forrest. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. It is very close to the main trails and water falls in Ricketts Glen state park.

Having to leave

Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. We loved the chickens and alpacas. The fresh eggs were fantastic. Loved the boutique and winery. Our hosts were friendly and gave great tips about the Ricketts Glen Falls Trail. Very close to Ricketts Glen State Park.

No dislikes.

Loved how close it is to Ricketts Glen, super clean and with a super comfy bed! We were definitely well rested and recharged after our weekend stay. Hosts are literally the sweetest people!

It felt like a real home away from home! All the necessary equipment in the kitchen and bathroom, washing machine was very helpful for our family on a long trip. And the hosts were welcoming and nice. Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend.

What a fantastic experience we had at Falls Esge Farm cottage! The hosts, Pat and Elaine, will answer your every question and make you feel at home in their little slice of heaven! We loved everything about this place, including the incredibly close proximity to Rickets Glen State Park ( Where we were going to hike the Falls Trail of 21 waterfalls - breathtaking!), how spotless and spacious the cottage was, how Elaine thought of every amenity both in the kitchen, but equally in the rest of the house, The darling and personable alpacas on the property, the farm fresh eggs laid by the hens on the property, the gift store on the property, and the peaceful and serene location truly in the middle of nature! We were looking for a place to unwind, connect with one another, and connect with nature. This cottage truly fit the bill in every area!! A perfect relaxing place after a day of hiking! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great location close to the state park we were visiting - couldn’t be any closer at about a mile away! Quiet & peaceful surroundings.

The cottage was extremely clean and well kept. We loved it. The owners are so nice and friendly. The animal’s were so fun! So close to the park and the trails. Owner sells fresh eggs is such a bonus!
