When I initially booked, the host kept ignoring my messages about checking in and instead he/she kept messaging about parking facilities . When I called and asked them if ignoring my questions repeatedly was acceptable, the woman on the phone basically said yes it is normal 😳🤷🏻. Internet and tv didn’t work/ had to email them about this.

Good showers and comfortable bed and close to the shopping centre.

When i arrive the flat had no heating on and it was wet and cold.Also an electrical wire was stuck in the sliding glass doors.Wifi signal was terrible so i could not eotk from the flat.On complaing O was told they checked it out and it eas fine!! There is no hub in the flat so if you do require good wifi this will not be suitable for you.

Bedroom and kitchen facilities very good. Lovely and clean

A few repairs are needed. Sofa cushion both dining chairs were damaged and shower needs some repairs as it keeps coming down the wall

Muy sucio, el piso, la entrada y escalera. Las imágenes que aparecían en booking no se corresponden con el apartamento que habíamos reservado. Hasta aterrizar no tuvimos los datos para acceder al piso.

Great location! Very quiet. Very well laid out and lovely spec.

It was in a good location, easy walk through the park to the Old City, and there were some nice pubs and places to eat nearby. We were sent an option for discounted parking around the corner, which was a real bonus, and timely information on door codes to get into the building and the apartment itself. Great value.

I wasn't expecting not to be able to see out of the windows. They are opaque because the apartment is on the ground floor at the back of the building and there is a walkway immediately outside. This made the apartment feel a bit claustrophobic to me, I'm afraid. And people were hanging around for a couple of hours out the back one evening till about 11p; they didn't disturb our sleep but it was disconcerting. It also meant we had to be careful about opening the windows for air.
