"The is no ventilation in the ablution by way extracting fans."

Nothing.
No Wi-Fi and the beds are making noise. There is no sound proofing either for the ceiling or the walls, as you can hear people talking and also hear them having sex. This place is rather not conducive for family nor for relaxation. I therefore, rate for zero.

The grounds are a mess, no paving - just sand. No garden whatsoever thus no place to relax outside the room.

I had an amazing stay at this Guest House! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend this Guest House to anyone looking for a great place to stay. 5 Stars!
