La struttura è carina, ma sopravvalutata rispetto al punteggio di Booking e di certo non classificabile come un 4 stelle. Davvero pienissimo di gente. Letti comodi e posizione comoda

Colazione non disponibile, pulizia discutibile per gli standard italiani (abbiamo trovato le coperte del letto sporche di sangue e il personale non ci ha nemmeno chiesto scusa per il disagio). Camere abbastanza piccole. Check in completamente fai da te, quindi personale dell’hotel quasi completamente inutile. Anche il trasferimento bagaglio si fa in autonomia. Quindi mi chiedo, a cosa serve avere tutto quel personale, che non parla inglese e non ti supporta?

Everything! The staff was kind, the location is amazing, the rooms are extremely comfortable and it was very clean.

Maybe they should let the guests choose not to exchange the towels daily, it was a bit wasteful to get new towels every day when the previous ones were still good for use
