The apartment was lovely and had everything I needed for my stay. The shower didn't work, but Ayo was very quick to get it replaced, and responded very quickly to any questions or issues I had. The heating was very efficient. It was great to have the underground parking. Morrisons supermarket attached and an Aldi 5 min walk away. The station and buses were only a 5 min walk away.

Only the stairs. It is mentioned there is no lift in the information but just be aware when carrying bags up and down the stairs if you have mobility problems. It would be helpful to have 2 bins for the rubbish so you can seperate the main rubbish from the recycling. The washing machine is extrmely noisy so would suggest not using it in the evening or overnight, because of the neighbours.

Very nice and cosy apartment. Everything is placed perfectly to feel like you are at home.

The property was exceptional. Very comfortable and cosy. Felt like home. Safe and secure parking. The host was very helpful. The location was close to big supermarket, literally on site. Private parking. The double bed was comfortable. Nice warm homely feel. No noise. Property would definitely be suitable for a couple and family. The apartment was very well equipped with all essentials. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT. I DO LOOK TO RETURN FOR FUTURE STAY.

pleasant stay, had everything you needed, owner was on call if needed, via the ring door bell and on the phone. close to London, lakeside, train station was a couple of minutes walk away.

It was quite spacious and near the port. There was car parking.

Sadly this is not the place for me! Access to the apartment was stressful as the fob didn't work for the main entrance door and eventually a resident opened the door for us. There were different keys/Access code for the apartment door itself. The instructions were incredibly complicated to follow. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs - no lifts - so not good for anyone with mobility problems. The communal stairs were quite dirty. The location is very run down. It would have been helpful to have some information in the apartment listing things like where to eat etc. The furnishings are ok but the cutlery, crockery etc were cheap quality.
