Lovely refurbished basement suite Excellent breakfast Easy check in and very friendly and helpful staff. Delightful area with good bars, cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic setting and a really enjoyable stay overall. The staff were excellent throughout and very helpful in resolving the one small issue we had, which was handled quickly and professionally. Breakfast was exceptional and one of the highlights of the stay. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and we would definitely return.

Our only slight disappointment was the evening meal in the restaurant, which didn’t quite live up to expectations given the rest of the experience. That said, it wouldn’t stop us staying again, although we’d probably choose to dine elsewhere in the evening next time.

Lovely accommodation.

Our room was so hot we couldn't breathe. Blind was broken so we had to remove it as told to by the staff. We had no sleep had to keep washing down with cold water. A bottle of water could of been useful
