The House Hotel Elmwood

One of the beds collapsed in the middle of the night. We reported this to the contact we had been given. But nothing was done. The frame had to be removed, and the mattress removed and paced on the ground for us. This was shockingly bad.

Location is good, house is big enough, kitchen is a good size.

It was not clean! The shower had hairs in different locations, windows were dirty, window seals were dirty and dusty, and the floor was dirty at some spots. Some places the lights did not work. Trash cans outside was full of previous tenants' trash and had maggots in it!!! And obviously extremely foul smell. It did not feel like someone inspected the work of the cleaning/maintenance team.

Clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and convenient to stores and restaurants.

Great location. Nice decor. Very comfy beds. Lovely home with original features.

Needed a few more dishes perhaps. No toaster too.

Wonderful neighbor and neighborhood and great location. The home was very comfortable.

The TV was not operable as the internet would not work on the unit. Otherwise all was satisfactory.
