The property itself is great but during the day the area does get busy with day visitors coming for the kayaking which is right next to the resort

Stunning location and calm vibes

The most we liked was a very high individuality of this small resort and area. Their staff was exceptionally friendly and every time they made sure that they had some fresh food for us which was not spicy, especially for my wife :) Friend of mine recommended this small resort to me and we went to check it out. We loved it from the very first moment. It was a bit of a challenge to get there through local road as it is located remotely, but I have to say, it was a fun experience. Staff was organizing our taxi every time we needed it for as long as we needed. We were amazed by the location where the resort is. It's just like a little paradise :) Palms are everywhere, and coconuts are falling down sometimes :) It is a perfect combination of hot sea and fresh colder water stream from a blue lagoon. We loved to cool down in it when we got overheated. Here is a public kayaking that makes it entertaining during the day :) It was fun :) Mainly, locals are visiting and a very few tourists. The beach right next to the resort has a natural rocky bottom, so it's dangerous to swim there, but we went a bit further up, and it was just perfect. I have to say that overall experience was 10 out of 10 We had an absolute experience of local Indian life there. Thank you so much to manager Purna with all his careful staff . We just loved over New Year's week there. Thank you all :)

Around public lagoon during the day some litter going on, but locals are doing great job tiding up every day. I would say, it would be great from the government to put just a 2 or 3 garbage bins so it doesn't happen

Balcony with good views. Peace and quiet, sleeping with the sound of waves was amazing. Comfy beds and fresh food served everyday. The staffs were amazing and very welcoming.

The drive to the venue wasn’t easy as it’s off-road. No phone service meant having to rely on hotel WiFi which can be a bit tricky at times.

Although a few steps to climb to the beach this by no means detracts from the resort. It’s stunning location exceptional staff Purna Ranie and Pranay front of house , incredible food made our holiday complete. Highly recommend this place. Nothing was too much trouble to accommodate us and make our time their most memorable.

Nothing to dislike. Even the elevation made the views more stunning Not ideal for anyone with walking issues

Beautiful people, beautiful food & beautiful views. A must stay if you’re in the Goa area. Would highly recommend & would love to return!
