I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with Guest House Baptice In. I had a confirmed booking for a room for two persons, and the owner even contacted me beforehand to confirm that the room was available. However, upon my arrival, I was shocked and deeply disappointed to be informed that the room had been given away because another customer extended their stay. This occurred around 9:30 PM, leaving me stranded and helpless at night with no alternative arrangements. I had placed my trust in your property, believing that a confirmed booking meant my accommodation was guaranteed. What happened was highly unprofessional, distressing, and completely unexpected. I request a written explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and emotional distress caused. I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously so that no future guests face such irresponsible service.
