Villa Cleto Guest House

The property was in a lovely part of town - away from the touristy busy area but still close enough that you can walk. There are also a few nice cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars close by, as well as a temple. John was a great and helpful host, and his pharmacy opposite the property and his mother’s convenience store downstairs are also super useful. The room ans bathroom were clean and matched the photos and expectations.

Not sure if the fridge on the rooftop terrace actually worked.

Ruime, lichte ,schone kamer met balkon, waterkoker, goede warme douche. Hulpvaardige eigenaar komt met tips, na 2 dagen schone handdoeken ...heel prettig allemaal.

Avons eu un super accueil malgré l'heure de nuit à laquelle nous sommes arrivées. L'emplacement est super bien situé, le balcon est agréable, la chambre est super propre! Le lit est confortable et la chambre est bien spacieuse. Je recommande cet établissement.

Clean, well placed and very friendly and helpful manager.

Great location just up the street from the Fontainhus area. Very clean. Lovely wrought iron balcony. Good air con and hot water. John, the host, was very helpful and suggested good eateries. We ate at Aangan which is just a few yards up the street (turn right as you come out of the property). The food and service were exceptional and I would heartily recommend it. Eat in one of the heritage AC rooms, they’re lovely!

No top sheet or blanket. We were ok as we had sleeping bag liner with us so used that as a top sheet.

Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible. Sa pharmacie est juste en face en cas de besoin. La propreté globale. L'AC et l'eau chaude fonctionnaient bien. La localisation est intéressante et à proximité des restos locaux et touristiques et à 15 minutes à pied du terminus de bus.

Le prix est un peu élevé pour la prestation. Mais c'est le cas partout à Panjim. L'une des chambres était très petite. Le balcon compensait mais il n'y avait même pas de chaises pour s'y asseoir. L'emplacement reste bruyant la nuit. Même si ce n'est pas la faute de l'hébergement, à toutes les nuits, des chiens hurlent et jappent à répétition. Bouchons impératifs. À prendre en considération.

L’accueil était parfait, John toujours prêt à rendre service et très serviable. En face d’une pharmacie et au dessus d’une petite épicerie, très pratique.
