The location is great. Good size room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved having a balcony and being able to make cup of tea.

The place and hosts turned out absolutely superb, making it the best of all the seven stays on my one month itinerary. Nice quiet neighborhood not far from the bus stand and public transport routes, comfortable and very clean room, shared kitchen with a fridge and a gas stove on the top floor... And John was so helpful whenever I had any question! I really felt welcomed and at home. The week I spent there was a sheer pleasure. 🙏

Not critical but I missed a socket near the bed.

The family that runs the guest house is very helpful and made me feel at home. Rooms are very spatious, AC works effectively, and the room had a balcony where I could sit quitly at night drinking a beer.

Super Lage in Mala. Kleiner Laden im Haus und Apotheke/Drogerie des Besitzers gegenüber. Ganz in der Nähe des Tempels, einer schicken Bar und mehrerer Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Fussläufig ins portugiesische Viertel. Hübscher Balkon

Zimmer ziemlich klein. Das exzessive Hundegebell in der Nacht.

Lovely clean and spacious accommodation with a very welcoming host and family. The use of a communal fridge was very helpful, as well having access to a nearby shop supplying fresh milk. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the mornings and evenings overlooking a quiet side road. Great location for a short walk into the Latin Quarter for bars and restaurants, and for visiting the Maruti Temple and central area of Panaji. Very helpful to have a taxi organised by our very helpful host for our next stay in Anjuna.

部屋は清潔で、オーナー夫婦は親切で素敵な方々でした！ Panajiの中心部、Old Goa行きのバスターミナルも徒歩圏内で、何かと便利なロケーションでありながら、閑静な住宅街に位置するため、静かで落ち着いたステイができます。 また、徒歩数分の大通りにはバスが割と頻繁に走っており、「ミラマービーチ」へもバスで行けます。

Owner, John, was welcoming (gave immediate access to the room very early in the morning), friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained, as was the whole building both inside and out. Both fan and a/c were effective and not noisy. The bed was super comfy, and the area was quiet so able to sleep well. The shower had great pressure and plentiful hot water. Good location just minutes from the centre of the colourful Fontainhas area.
