Joy guest house has great location - 200 meters till beach! My room has giant bed - 200*220; good conditioner and big refrigerator and small kitchenette. So it is all I need.

The only negative thing that can be said is that it’s quite noisy downstairs in the bar until midnight, but it didn’t bother me!

Cheap room but clean, and it has a comfortable bed, big refrigerator, classic thai-style shower.

The room is at the 3rd floor of a night club, so it is noisy at night. But it is not a big problem. :)

Very friendly reception, my room was super comfortable and spacious (The bed was far better than any hotel I have stayed in so far in Thailand!). Also met the owner who was exteremly accomodating and also owns a bar just a few meters away on the same street with some wonderful bar staff and some stiff pool competition. All in all, I would totally stay here again in the future.
