Dim light in all the apartment, only one bulb in the bathroom, bedroom and living room. During the night there was no light in the bathroom at all! Very poor and modest conditions in general. A very small swimming pool, a small territory and an air conditioner for extra Euro 9. The desk attendant was very rude, arrogant and unfriendly, she must be fired after such rude language and behaviour with clients! We decided to escape from that hotel the next day after arrival due to poor conditions and attitude and she insisted on paying for 3 days and a penalty for booking! I don't recommend anybody to stay in that terrible hotel if you don't want to spoil your vacations or stay in Alanya. Keep away from it despite good ratings, it's all false!
