High-spec Penthouse Central Free Parking Space

Key stashed with many others quite a distance from the front door - not ideal with luggage when arriving by taxi.

The apartment is clearly student accommodation. It certainly does not deserve the “luxury” title. Badly maintained - damaged fridge, loose shower head rail, broken outdoor furniture and it appears the Incapable handyman lost control of the silicon gun, control panel did not work properly and doors/windows very hard to open on did not close properly. We asked for three beds to be made up. Only 2 were made up. We bought late checkout but at around 6pm the night before checkout we got told we could no longer check out late. We were also asked to sign an agreement after booking. Very much below par management team service compared to norm.

We absolutely loved the apartment as a whole, the beds were comfy the kitchen/living room was a vibe and the balcony was a bonus, we loved the fact there was a sound system so we could listen to music whilst getting ready for our night out, we will definitely be returning when we come back to Sheffield to see our friends. The location was also amazing was in walking distance of all the bars we were going to.

The location of the lockbox could be better as you have to walk half way down the road to just collect the fob, also instructions on how to find the door was a bit poor, in the end we got in but it took us around 30-45 minutes, instead of a link with instructions i feel like it needs to be a message as the link didn't work for me and it was more messing about, we also said that bedroom 2 needs some sort of mirror as if your staying in that bedroom and want to get ready you have to go to the bathroom or bedroom 1 so a mirror would be nice.

Location fantastic - loads of restaurants/pubs and bars on Devonshire/West street so, really well-placed for the apartment.

Mirror at dressing table in master bedroom needs fixing securely to wall to allow easier/safe access to the power points within the dressing table (for hairdryer etc...) - issue already raised with hosts so probably sorted by the time this review goes on.

The property has everything what we need.

After collecting the key, finding right entry door is a real puzzle.

The view and the location. Modern well, equipped apartment. Car parking.

Love how everything was at reach n having a place with the tech built in was such a homely place we all loved it

Didn't dislike much just maybe some pizza trays to do pizzas In oven n maybe a bath matt fir inside bath as i felt was gonna slip loved the pressure of shower tho

Lovely apartment- had everything we needed.

I will leave this feedback as requested to help further rentals. Everything was fine we had a great time, the bathroom needs some attention, the grouting on the floor and walls is very marked and needs a deep clean/redone, the edge of the bath is all broken, if someone walked against it they would be cut. There were no hand towels left but to be honest that is probably because we interrupted the cleaning. We would definitely use again.

The jacuzzi bath was amazing! Fully equipped kitchen,ice machine and coffee machine. We chose to sleep in the larger bed of the 2 and was really comfortable. Tesco 5mins around the corner,lots of takeaways and pubs within a 2 minute walk. Definitely will stay again!
