"Would be better if issues were resolved."

No milk or coffee for making a drink on arrival. Bath towels were put in a wet wicker basket and were wet on one side. Settee was hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Bed was comfortable but there was black mould in the corner of the main bedroom.
