Everything is perfect. The room is super clean. Happy with complimentary chocolate and wine. Location is very good. Hosts are very welcome and helpful. We love the place and recommendable.

Great location inside the walled city, really easy to find your way around. Host met us at the property and left a lovely welcome drink and snack. Supermarket just around the corner for essentials. Bedrooms are a good size, lounge area very small but adequate. Nicely fitted bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Great value for money.

Apartment a bit dusty in the corners and behind the doors. Entrance is a bit gloomy and the stairs are a challenge!

We had a lovely stay at Alice Apartment in Lucca. The two-room apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable base for exploring the city. Alice, the host, was very welcoming and thoughtful, greeting us with cookies and a bottle of wine—a sweet touch that we appreciated. The location was convenient, close to Lucca's main attractions, allowing us to easily explore the charming city. A very good choice for a pleasant stay in Lucca!

Nothing, everything was fine.

We loved everything-it was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The shower was great and it was in a perfect location. We enjoyed playing some of the games. Thank you for the Prosecco and treats!

The 2 bedroomed apartment is charming and exceptionally clean and is in a good location within the walls of Lucca and close to all the places of interest. The young lady who met us, was very welcoming and helped us with our cases up the narrow steps to the apartment.

It was unfortunate that at the time of booking the description of the property was incorrect and Booking.com confirmed that it was a three bedroomed apartment, when it was not! So it came as a shock to find there were only two bedrooms. The young lady was helpful and we pushed a single bed out from a twin into the small dining area, but it was a little uncomfortable not having the privacy of the third bedroom and it became a small area to negotiate our way around!

Klodiana contacted me by text in the morning. I replied that I was travelling by train from Siena. When I reached Lucca she was present in the flat and waiting by the door. This was much appreciated - no need to wait about, the keys and explanations about the facilities being immediately available. We liked everything about the property. It is very central and had all we needed. Klodiana also gave us a very welcome bottle of Prosecco. Excellent hostess. This should be the model for entry to all apartments.
