It wasnt kept properly. There were hairs in the pool and there were no adequate cups, spoons.

No wifi, breakfast and out door swimming pool and chalet equipment getting old and might be damage while customer go rental
MYfacilities is limited. Pool outside cannot be used, bargy is not provided but it is ok because nearby parking.

The pool is not clean,there was a sand in the pool, we were hesitated to jump in but we did, my husband ended up in the hospital for urine infection, maybe they never clean the pool at all,the room was clean but pool big no no
MY1. Clean villa. 2. Good location. 3. Staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests or complaints. 4. Plenty of power outlets, although some were not working.
1. Only one air conditioner, located in the kitchen, so it couldn’t cool the whole villa. 2. No sink in the kitchen/pantry area. 3. No direct bathroom access from the pool; had to go through a bedroom, making the floor wet. 4. Refrigerator was small, old, and not cold enough; even the ice cream melted. 5. No windows, natural light, or views, making the villa feel enclosed. 6. Only one small dustbin, located in the bathroom.
MYSy suka sbb ade private swimming pool. Bilik kemas & bersih. Ada 2 katil king. Ruang tandas yg besar. Ada kitchen area. Ada mini fridge. Senang dealing dgn owner. Slalu reply wasap.
Bilik cantek. Ruang bilik agak kecil. Mmg masa booking dh tau size bilik. Ok la ada kitchen area tp tiada sinki & tong sampah disitu. Bakul sampah & sinki hanya ada dlm bilik tandas. Mungkin utk jimat ruang. Tp penat sket la asik kne ulang alik ke tandas utk buang sampah & guna sinki. Ruang bilik tandas besar cantik sgt. Tp pintu bilik shower & tandas takde lock. Hanya boleh lock kt pintu utama bilik tandas. Agak susah utk yg ada fmly. Keperluan toiletries takde. Harap ada penambah baikan utk 4 perkara ni ok. TQ
