The locatione was near the beach and a very good restaurant.

The owner war rude and for the ectra charges didn't give receipt. The bathroom was smelly and there were strange noises at night. The pool was opened only 9-18.

Früher Check In möglich sofern die Zimmer bereits fertig sind

Sehr hellhöriges Gebäude. Badezimmer bzw. hauptsächlich die Dusche sehr gewönungsbedürftig. Kein Moskitoschutz, obwohl die Region für viele Stechmücken bekannt ist. Klimaanlage nur auf Anfrage (mit vermeintlichen Mehrkosten), bei uns musste am Schluss nicht draufgezahlt werden. Hohe Kurtax bei Check in 35€ für 3 Nächte je Zimmer Es wurden in der Hotelbar mehrfach die falschen Smoothie zubereitet. ( Sehr ärgerlich wenn man Allergien hat). Bei Rückfrage wurde darauf beharrt das kein Fehler vorliegt, obwohl offensichtlich.

Ubytovali sme sa v Hotel Club Maria Sidari na základe lokality ktorú sme chceli navštíviť a to Pláž Canal d'Amour. Upratovanie izieb prebiehalo každý deň, bazén cistý, lehátok pri bazéne dostatok. Personál profesionálny a hlavne obsluha v snack bare. Pán bol veľmi sympatický a priateľský. Ak sa raz vrátime do Sidari, tak určite do tohto zariadenia.

Nie je to žiadna sťažnosť a situácia sa vyriešila k spokojnosti obidvoch strán, len také ponaučenie ak platíte cez booking tak väčšinou platba zahrňa všetky taxy. Pri check in došlo k nedorozumeniu (nevieme po anglicky) a boli nám aj napriek platbe všetkých poplatkov cez booking účtované dodatočné poplatky. Tieto nám ale po serióznom pohovore boli vrátené.
