Location is excellent, not far from the centre, People's Park, Roxas Night Market and a few malls. Room price was very good and kettle was supplied. Also had a separate card for electricity so could keep fridge and Aircon running when out of the room.

A minor thing but the downstairs was under renovation due to a bad water leak.
