Via Dark Inn - Nr Golkonda Fort

Room was good n comfy wd an ac, tv, attached bath and a balcony

The service was poor n pathetic.. stayed there fr 9 days but got a towel on d 3rd day, didnt get one since d 8th day, a soap ws given as toiletries whch arrived on d 7th day.. had to call no of times to get a bottle of water in d night and once it didnt even arrive.. so pathetic

I didn't like anything about this hotel. It was not suitable to my requirements. I was with my family and my parents who were senior citizens and we didn't get any support from staff.

The rooms were small and shabby. They did not look like the photos uploaded on your web page.Bedsheets were not very clean. No towels and soap kits in the bathroom. We had to ask the night manager to provide it. No room services. We didn't get tea or coffee as their staff wouldn't come before 8am. I had requested at the reception to assist my parents (senior citizens) when they arrive at the hotel. I was assured. But there was no one to carry their luggages even. The building adjacent was under construction. The location was very remote. I had booked for two days. But we spent only one night. We still had pay the full amount. I have been told that I hv to request for a refund with the owner. I did and I have been denied a refund. This is ridiculous. Your hotel is bad and the service was poor. My family suffered and caused us inconveniences. We had to find another hotel and move there. And I still don't get a refund. That should be the decent thing to do. Therefore I'm giving it a very bad review.

The room was not clean. I opted for breakfast, but they did not serve breakfast 😞

It was not inhouse breakfast but brought from a roadside snacks cart

If breakfast not available, don't dupe people saying bill inclusive of breakfast.
