Beautiful little house in a beautiful environment. The house is well equiped, host is very nice and helpful.

No internet (WIFI), very steep stairs (for older people difficult). Animals which are on the pictures, are not close to the house, you can find them in the village.

The location was good with beautiful scenery and lovely views of the Tuscan hills. Lucca was 15 minutes away by car which was very ideal and a drive to the beach was 30-40 minutes away. The place had lots to offer for the kids and they loved walking down to the little town centre to fish for tadpoles in the shallow streams.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

I rented this house as it was on the way and offered a great price. And we didn't regret it, as we had a good experience and were generally happy with the adventure. The house has almost everything you need for your stay. The parking lot is quite convenient and it is not difficult to find the house. The hostess met us as soon as we pulled into the parking lot even though we had no warning of the exact time of arrival and it was very nice. The check-in process did not take long and everything was ready for our arrival. When we said that we would like to light the fireplace, they brought us some wood, which was very helpful considering the rainy weather and our evening was very cozy. The house also has a clear and well thought out heating system, which can both heat the room and cool it down quite quickly.

I think the owners should make it clear in the ad that access to the house may be somewhat difficult for some particularly wide vehicles. For our AlfaRomeo Tonale this was not a problem, but perhaps a wider car might have some trouble getting through the narrow alleyway that is right next to the house. I would also pay attention to the scents used in the house, which are plugged into sockets. This is a rather individual thing that not everyone will accept. In particular, I do not like artificial fragrances. And what is definitely a disadvantage nowadays, and what I did not pay attention to, because I did not think it was possible, although the information about it is in the advertisement and it is completely my fault, is that there is no internet in the house. I didn't think it could be and it was a real surprise for the kids )))) But I repeat that the information about it is in the ad, I just did not pay attention. But if you are not a child of 8-17 years, I think this shortcoming will brighten up the fireplace and a bottle of Italian wine.
